Wow I just listed all of these things on Ebay and I've already gotten two bids. I love eBay so much. Thank you God.

I'm selling Barbies and signed rhinestone jewelry. It takes forever to do though, and then there are all of those lovely folks who make up sad reasons for why they haven't follwed the rules they agreed to when they bid, and then never pay you, weeeee.

Oh and Jen, if you read this, pleeeeeeease don't worry, I didn't even notice, take all the time you want. I'm exactly the same way, I get busy, procrastinate, whatever, and then get really worried about it. I swear I don't care, I'm one of the most easy going people you're likely to meet. I think it must be because of my, pre-Maria/Julie Anderson-Von-Trapp-family, rearing.

Come see Jacqui's auctions here.

Hey Buddies. My friend Mary Moonwalker really could use some support. Her very controlling neat freak boyfriend just broke up with her and she's really hurting right now. PLease go give her a hug if you ahve a chance, she's a sweetheart and she doesn't deserve to hurt like this, well, no one does.

God, I so remember when I was feeling just like this. Break ups are so brutal. I remember crying all day every day for a couple of weeks, my poor son, my poor Scott.

I am so blessed, I have this friend on Live Journal, I can't say who it is because it would make him or her uncomfortable, but I have this amazing friend who has twice sent me fifty dollars when I needed it the most. I sent the last fifty back because I'm okay now, but if ever there were proof of angels, it is this. I mean to just give someone fifty dollars because they mention that they are in trouble is so incredibly kind, it dazzles me.

The funny thing is that just last night, my Mother's housekeeper, who I really dislike, asked me if I could loan her three hundred dollars until after Christmas. I don't like her but I feel compassion for her and for her family. I couldn't afford to loan her three hundred but I gave her a hundred and said it was a Christmas present. This kind of thing just proves that with a little faith and a generous heart whatever good you do will certainly come back to you. I hope someone does something really generous for my friend.

Oooooooooh meteors waaaahoooo!!!!!!!

I picked this up off of AOL, I think this is for LA, I don't know about anywhere else, sorry.
December Lights: The Geminids Meteor Shower!

One of the brightest and richest meteor showers of the year takes place during December when the Geminids are streaking across the skies.
When can you see them?
The Geminids meteor shower will be active from December 6-19, and will peak on Thursday night, December 13-14. The best viewing hours are between 10pm and 2am.

Tips:
1. A new moon usually means clear viewing. The show will be in the eastern skies.
2. The Geminid meteors can be quite bright, but there won't be very many trains. You can expect to see more than a meteor per minute.
3. Because of the brightness of the meteors, viewing will also be good on the nights just before and after the peak of activity.
