Muy interesting. I found this on Padilius Rex's journal.
I am finally going to go to sleep. I am surrounded by snoring cats. I think Blackie is making the most noise over there, poor little guy. We just blew out the little motor on the humidifier that we've been running 24/7 for my guys with colds, the second one in a month darn it.
I am craving Swedish Fish, those little red chewy candies. It would be so much better for me if I had a few of those, but instead I've been eating Baklava. I have got to do something to reverse this laying around and eating trend or I'll gain back everything I've lost. I couldn't bear that. I did take a really long walk yesterday after coming back from the endodontist who gave me a zillion shots to numb out my tooth then probed around and told me he was sorry but that he wasn't going to be able to save it. Then he prescribed antibiotics and Vicodin. I took half of a Vicodin and felt so good I took the long walk with Allie, my butterfly dog.
Last night after taking one of the baby possums out and cuddling with it for a while, I put it back in it's cage in my little dressing room/closet, and stupidly forgot to close the door. He's just big enough and smart enough that he beat it on out of there and is now lost somewhere in this high ceilinged closet room. Luckily there aren't any cats there but I'm worried about where he might be, if he's trapped somewhere, and how will he get down from wherever he is to come back and eat? I've put little bits of food and water everywhere and pray that he'll survive long enough to get so big he won't be able to hide from us.
We tore the place apart today looking for him, naughty, little, pointy snout faced, hising, land crocodile, monkey man.
I miss Irma and the kids. I miss Sparkle. I miss Tea Tea. I miss my Dad.
Oh man I am so tired, going to go to sleep.
Someone clobber me if I ever eat another piece of baklava again. I've eaten more than enough for one lifetime, but not enough Swedish fish, definitely not enough Swedish fish, definitely not, definitely...
It's been really hot in LA lately and tomorrow and Monday are supposd to be three digit scorchers so this seems appropriate - image wise.
